To add your swap visit our homepage and use the option to add your swap. Follow onscreeen instructions and complete the process

2. How can my advert be seen more?

Check back often as this will bump your advert back up the lists and keep them active. This shows other swappers you are serious about swapping

3. How can i sort swaps by area

Create your first advert, Login and use the features available inside our members area.

4. How can i remove my account

You can login with your details and use the remove account feature under settings. Or you can go here to check account

6. Staying Logged In

You will automatically be logged in once you add a swap as we use a small cookie to keep you logged in. Removing cookies from your device will log you out and you will need to log in again. Please refer to our cookies policy

6. How do i access my account

If you have added a swap and logged in each time you visit our website Council-exchange.co.uk you will be logged into our members area. You can bookmark our website or add to home screen on your device. If you are unsure run a quick search using google on "how to add website to home screen on iphone / android"
