Hello. Have a one-bedroomed flat, want to swap for a one-bedroom property, preferably a bungalow or somewhere with a private garden. This flat is on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey block. It has an open plan kitchen and lounge, large double bedroom, bathroom, small hallway with storage cupboard, and a balcony. The rooms have large windows and are light and airy, walls are freshly painted. It's a nice, area, with the best of both worlds, relatively quiet, plenty of green space, there is a lovely view over Moonlit Park, yet there are all the facilities of modern city-centre living, with New Street Station, all the shops, bars, cinemas and theatres you could wish for a 10 to 15 minute walk away. There is a Co-op and a Greggs 2 minute walk away. Aldi and Morrisons 5 minute drive. There is free residents parking and a secure fob locked entrance. Landlord is Citizen Housing, I would like to swap for a council property. Help with moving costs available for the right place.
