It is a 1 bedroom bungalow with generously spacious rooms comprising of living room, kitchen (with large store room or larder), hallway (with coat & boiler cupboard), wetroom (with airing cupboard), bedroom, smallish parved front garden & rear porch area.We are in a quiet area with a 1 minute walk to the river Witham, there's no need to worry about flooding from the river as flood barriers have been installed all around the area. There are lovely scenic walkways just down the road, with plenty of shops and takeaways just a short distance away, and the city centre is just a 10 minute walk. Our postcode is Ln25ed.
