I have a lovely located down stairs flat very spacious inside and out with a front garden and huge back garden. I'm located on a lovely green with parking on the street, neighbour's are amazing never had any trouble here. The flat is freshly decorated with no problems in it only ever had the council in to fix the pressure on the updated boiler. All updated gas and electric checks never any problems with the condition of the property. The garden is huge I have a little patio section at the top the 2 lawns separated by a slab path. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house as I'm over crowded with 3 children in this flat, I am not bothered on the location or look of the property as everything can be fixed with a bit of TLC.
