2 bed flat, well decorated throughout. Communal area well kept and friendly neighbours. Only moving due to work commitments. I have high standards of decoration and hygiene. I have a dog and cat and will wash all carpets on leaving. Photos available upon request. Happy to leave some furniture and curtains that fit if requested. Flat has a shared garden with the 3 other residence in the block, mostly lawn with 2 washing lines, bird feeders and shed for kids toys. Very private with 6 foot fence surrounding it.
