I have a beautiful new build 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathroom terraced house with Clwyd Alyn housing association in a very rural area but it does have a local bus route everyday bar a Sunday
It has a small rear garden with a pathway which leads down to the garden gate
At the front of the property it has a driveway to fit 2 cars on no garden at the front
I have got brand new carpets and Lino flooring and excellent decor !

I am looking to swap with anyone in a 1 bedroom bungalow preferably with a bath and no wet room
Preferably with good decor and newish carpets but most importantly a driveway is a must for my car as i am physically disabled!
