I have a three bedroom semi detached house. one master bedroom ,one smaller but big enough for a double bed .single or bunks and a box room with built in bed and under bed storage and a small built in wardrobe with drawers. The kitchen /diner is fifteen feet long by nine feet and a brand new kitchen fitted two years ago.The lounge is fifteen x fifteen feet and newly decorated in grey and white. a smallish A bathroom with shower also newly decorated.It has a large back garden and a small front garden and a garage and drive space.It is on a street of privately ownd houses and although it says street, it is a close with fields at end of close. very safe for children to play together.I have lived here happily for 20 years but health issues mean i need to be closer to family who live in Shepshed.I want Shepshed only or very very close. not Coalville or loughborough.thankyou for viewing my ad,
