3 Bedroom Bungalow for swap
Hi, Not in a rush but looking to swap my three bedroom bungalow in Barnton. This is a sought after area in Edinburgh. Most of the houses are bought.
My home has a large driveway for 3/4 cars, garage, small front garden, larger main garden with shed.
My home has double glazing, gas central heating, patio doors to garden, large livingroom with small dining area off it, bathroom I have taken the bath out and put a shower in but a bath can be put in if wanted. New roof, driveway is to get redone.
I am just about to start to redecorate my home as it's needing refreshed.
I'm looking for a 3 bedroom but would concider a 2 bedroom for the right home.
I'm looking for another bungalow but would concider a house for the Wright area and home.
I'm with link housing association.
