It has some adaptions new wet room etc. I need to move to a 2 or 3 bed ground floor only property that is or can be wheelchair adapted. With garden and pets aloud in or 10 miles around Newquay. I have also set up a 3 way swap for a bungalow that fits my criteria the current tenant wants a 1 bed bungalow in Roach, Lanivet, Wadebridge or St Austell
Basically I need someone who is looking to exchange a 1 bed bungalow in any of the above areas that wants to move into my place in St Columb Major. It’s Ocean housing.
