2 (double) bedroom terraced council house, with bathroom and separate toilet (just fully tiled), lounge, kitchen & dining room. Front porch/store room, and rear store room. Large front bedroom, at present with king bed, and single bed, also a large built-in closet, the full width of the room (very handy). Two windows to the (South) front. Rear double bedroom, bathroom & toilet, cupboard, and airing cupboard.
Downstairs is the lounge, and kitchen, dining room. With storeroom to the rear, plus a rear garden, with gate to emergency/works exit via the back.
Also front entrance, with Porch/storage. There is a grass frontage with footpath to the front door (which I use to park two cars on). I was planning to build a driveway, after I had purchased the property, but decided to move back to the Chichester area, where I came from.
In front of my house, is a large park (shown on photo), that takes you to a picnic and veiwing area (in about a 15 minute walk) by the threshold of runway 15 of Birmingham Airport, with an abundance of park benches to relax on. On the way through this park, is a mini animal park, with horses, donkeys, sheep, cattle, pigs, and an array of fowl, also a childrens play ground, with all the usual swings, slide's etc:
There are buses just behind, and adjacent to the cul-de-sac that take you to Birmingham city centre (12 miniutes) or Solihull (8 minutes) the Airport terminal (8 minutes) or Coventry in about 15 minutes.
This really is a brilliant spot to live. (Its just that I miss the sea).
