FANTASTIC 2 BEDROOM FLAT
Hi,
I have a 2 bed top floor flat .. not a lot of stairs to climb just 24... this flat has utility room for your washing machine and dryer.. walk in wardrobe .. attic .. laminate flooring in hall lounge and 1 bedroom .. the other bedroom has a fitted carpet.. the kitchen bathroom and toilet has ceramic tiles... I have a built in oven and a hob (to stay) and the kitchen is new and fitted and up to date.. cupboard built around the bathroom and toilet sink.. an electric shower.. the two bedrooms are big and plenty of room for bedroom furniture. The living room is 5.25Metres long and 4 meters wide (very big)... nicely decorated NEW fitted blinds throughout the flat to stay.. The reason I want to swap is that I have 4 grandchildren who stay over a lot .. plus my son and daughter sometimes stay over and we need more bedrooms.. My flat is nicely decorated so NO decorating required straight away .. however I do not mind having to decorate .. St Mellons or Llanrumney only.
