Double doors in sitting room/ kitchen-(lots of fitted cupboards)leading on to a patio.
Central heating, combi boiler.
Bathroom with shower over bath.
2 x walk in cupboards in hall way
Bedroom also has a door leading to patio.
Allocated car space at rear. Application going through for disabled bay at the front road side of flat.
Very large town park within 5 mins walk, town centre within 15 mins walk, Superstore Sainsbury's within 10 mins walk. load of other shops within a mile driving radius.
Preferer a bungalow but would consider a ground floor flat with small garden.
