I have a very large 2 bedroom top floor flat with a massive loft space and also 2 big spacious cupboards and 1 walk in cupboard same lenght as box room but as wide as a single bed inside.
The flat is surrounded by ample parking space as this is a communal carpark and also a small grassy area to the side for everyone.
Pets are allowed here also
This flat is situated in Renfrew just off Paisley road across from the Renfrew sports centre so it has a fantastic bus service 2minute walk away , lots of shops and takeaways and services near by also a 3-5minute walk to the local primary school and nursery and 10minute walk to renfrew town centre and 20minute walk to paisley town centre
I am looking for either a 2 bed house , ground floor flat or massionette with private Garden Fenced off (for sons on going health issues)
All areas considered but would prefer Renfrewshire but if its the right move i would be open
