Rose green near pagham, has a lovely villagey feel to it and is very friendly. Its close to all the amenities,beach 10 min walk, park 1 min away,and good local shops. Bus stop outside with buses every 15 mins to Chichester (5.8 miles away) and Bognor Regis (2.5 miles away) or 700 coastliner. Short drive into chichester or bognor Regis. Done a lot of work landscaping the front and back, to make an easy maintenance garden at the front and raised borders at the rear. Fencing has been replaced all round and a gate to rear alleyway. Done a lot to improve the interior, with lovely oak doors, nice oak type laminate in hall and lounge. Two large double bedrooms, larger one has patio doors which open out to the garden and large built in cupboards/hanging space (15.5ft x 10ft at widest point). Second bedroom (13.9ft x 8.7ft. Both have king sized beds. Spacious lounge (18.5ft x 10.5ft) with alcove used as office space, and good sized kitchen, separate WC, and bathroom with bath and electric shower. These bungalows are not pokey old people type bungalows, and have lots of storage space. Loft partly boarded. Also has an enclosed side porch which is very useful, especially in the winter for a motorbike, or mobility scooter, bicycles, etc. Easy to heat with gas central heating. Although we don't have our own drive, there is on road parking at the front, but we always park in the massive free car park park at the side of our property, which is used by the community centre, doctors and library. Parking is never an issue here, and a big consideration when moving here, but we always park in the free car park, where's there's plenty of parking for as many cars that you have and visitors. Looks over green area with trees. These are very sought after bungalows, and don't come up often. Lovely neighbours and quiet neighbourhood. If you are a couple, you are allowed a spare bedroom here. I am only looking to move from this lovely bungalow because of the bedroom tax.
