ANYONE WANTING TO DOWNSIZE....???!!!....
Is there anyone who wants a small but lovely 1 bedroom ground floor flat in ramsgate Kent....???
Own entrance and own front door on ground level (not the usual communal entrance some might expect).....
Has a lovely secure and secluded shared garden (noone else uses it much so quiet private despite being shared).....
doctors and dentist and local convenience store and takeaway within 5 minutes walking distance..... and school too.....
Bus stop right outside.....
20 minutes via bus to Margate and 10 minutes to Ramsgate.....
And only 15 minutes walk to Westwood cross a big out of town shopping centre, with all major shops and outlets.....
***LOOKING FOR..... a slightly larger 1 bedroom flat or possibly even a 2 bedroom house or flat (if anyone wants to downsize).....
Need extra space as have my son come to stay half of each week...... Hence needing a slightly larger 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom.....
ONLY wanting THANET (Margate or Ramsgate or Broadstairs or Westgate or Garlinge or Birchington ETC ETC).....
Will also consider other areas such as CANTERBURY or WHITSTABLE or HERNE BAY and SURROUNDING AREAS.....BUT ideally want THANET AREA.....
