It does get very hot in the summer but some people like that. I rarely use heating as so well insulated. I will only consider a 2 bedroom house on kingsway near to Edinburgh Road, Princess way, dulley Ave or Kent road or Windsor Road areas. May suit elderly swap who wants flat. Thanks
