Urgent swap needed for school and care reasons

I have a 3 bedroom 1st floor Maisonette in Blackburn. I have a play park, doctors, mill centre, skate park, bus stops and a few minutes walk to Murrayfield primary. Neighbours are great an old couple next door. I need a 3 bedroom in Whitburn preferably local to whitdale primary as my 3 kids attend there and I am also a full time carer to my terminally ill father.
