We have just made the smallest bedroom a foot or so bigger by moving a stud wall (it was broken anyway so shoved it along a foot to make the small single room a bit more spacious) so there is some decorating to do which we will be working on The largest room could also be split to make 2 small singles (we have done so with a curtain for a temporary measure to give our children some privacy but could easily be made permanent with a stud wall). 3 beds, large lounge diner, lots of storage, allocated parking outside front door, new bathroom and windows and decent kitchen.
