2 bedroom house I horwich, i want a 1 bed flat or bungalow in Chorley

Iv got a 2 bed right at the foot of rivington pike just off crown lane, big back garden ands front garden and a drive, i want to downsize so want a1 bed either a flat or bungalow preferably open plan and not bothered about a garden or garage but i have a cat so need good access to outside and up to a second floor so he can access outside, a balcony would be nice or patio but but it's not essential, kids grown up and it would benefit another family now more than me and i dont want or need a big garden anymore im struggling with fibromyalgia with the upkeep and its a daily big 3 tier back with a front aswell and a drive big enough for 2 cars
